The Aluminum Collapsible Tube is made from aluminum slug or flake of purity 99.7%, which makes the packaging tube recyclable and environment-friendly.

The aluminium empty tube is an ideal packaging for the semi-liquid products including medicine ointment such as eye ointment; cosmetic cream such as hair color cream, hand cream; personal care products such as shaving cream, shoe polish, and some hotel amenities and toiletry etc..

Environment

Dust-free workshop:

The tube packaging for pharmacy products is produced in dust-free sanitary workshop specifically to ensure all the tubes are produced and packed in compliant with the regulation of pharmaceutical or medicine packaging. 

 

Test:

Inner lacquer / lining must pass the test before releasing the shipment. 
The lacquer is sprayed to the inner wall of the aluminum soft tube evenly to block chemical reaction especially between strong- ammonia hair color cream and the aluminum. 

 

Warehouse:

Our warehouse covers an area over 6,000 square meters, which makes it very practical to consolidate the raw materials and production and deliver the shipment accoring to the customers' request, thus save customer's storage cost.

Q:  How is your MOQ?
A: Our MOQ is generally 50,000 pieces each design/art, but for the customers who have various skus, we could do 30,000 pieces as well to consolidate

Q: How is your leadtime?
A: It takes generally 15 to 20 days. It could be shorter in slow season; while it could be longer in peak season. 
     But we always do our best to help deliver the urgent orders.

Q: Can we get some samples from you? Are you going to charge us for the samples?
A:  Storage samples are always free any time.  But customized samples with your art printed will cost for the mold, and it takes about 7 days to deliver customized samples.

Q: What is your payment term?
A: Normally 30% deposit before production and 70% balance should be paid by T/T before shipment, while it      could be negotiable for the good credit old customers.

Q: What is the diameter range are you capable of with the aluminum tube?
A:  Our general diameter ranges from 13.5 mm to 40 mm.
