The Collapsible Aluminum Tubes made of 99.7% purity aluminum slug or flake is makes has great performance of being lightweight, Eco-friendly, unbreakable, corrosion-resistant and longer shelf-life, which makes it an ideal choice as the semi-liquid product packaging, including chemical products such as glue or adhesive, pigment or art painting, and cosmetic and pharmaceutical, because of its outstanding isolation ability of the inner lacquer, which will protect the interior semi-liquid object, and also it's recyclable, environment-friendly. The Aluminum Collapsible Tubes will be the main trend of packaging in the near future.

The Aluminum Collapsible Tube is made  from aluminum slug or flake of purity 99.7%, which makes the packaging tube recyclable and environment-friendly.

It usually applied with white coating on the ground, which offers good basic for printing impression.

The Bottom latex will improve the sealing which could protect the contents well.

 

The inner lacquer is phenolic epoxy, while represents transparent, yellow and beige.The customers can choose what conforms their products.

Our tubes passed the test under different conditions conducted by customers and proves that we make the inner lacquer resistant to even strong acid or ammonia varying from PH 4 to PH 11.

The well- proceeded inner coat can efficiently block the acid, alkali, moisture and solvent, and eradicate any risks of reaction between the ointment and the aluminum.  

Those products easily to be affected by oxygen and moisture will definitely extend the shelf life if they are contained in the aluminum packaging tube with inner wall sprayed with inner lacquer.
Besides, the inner wall of pure aluminum soft tube for hair colorant must be sprayed with lacquer.

Q:  How is your MOQ of the empty aluminum Collapsible Tube?
A: Our MOQ is generally 50,000 pieces each design/art, but for the customers who have various skus, we could do 30,000 pieces as well to consolidate

Q: How is your lead time?
A: It takes generally 15 to 20 days. It could be shorter in slow season; while it could be longer in peak season. But we always do our best to help deliver the urgent orders.

Q: Can we get some samples of the Aluminum Tube from you? Are you going to charge us for the samples?
A:  Storage samples are always free any time.  But customized samples with your art printed will cost for the mold, and it takes about 7 days to deliver customized samples.

Q: What is your payment term?
A: Normally 30% deposit before production and 70% balance should be paid by T/T before shipment, while it      could be negotiable for the good credit old customers.
