ABL tube(aluminium barrier laminated tube)features:

ABL tube is a kind of packaging container made of aluminum foil and plastic film by co-extrusion composite process, and then processed into tubes by special pipe making machine. Its typical structure is PE/PE+ EAA/AL/PE+EAA/PE. ABL tube is mainly used for packaging cosmetics with high hygiene and barrier requirements. Its barrier layer is aluminum foil.

(1) High barrier. aluminum foil has light resistance, oxygen resistance and water resistance and other barrier properties, on the one hand can prevent external substances into the interior of cosmetics, prevent cosmetics oxidation deterioration, on the other hand can prevent cosmetics moisture or essence and other ingredients spread to the outside through the pipe, so as to ensure the quality of cosmetics.

(2) Low cost. In order to achieve the same barrier properties, ABL tubes use less material, lower cost and better economics than PBL tubes and PE extrusion tubes.

The barrier perfomance of the laminated tube is better than plastic tube,because the middle layer is aluminum foil, so the products are widely used in toothpaste and cosmetic industry.

2. Free Stock Samples
   We send you free ABL stock samples for evaluation and testing, so you can check the material, thickness, and look & feel.

3. Customized Printed Samples
   After receiving your artwork, we produce customized ABL tubes with your design for confirmation.

4. Mass Production
   Once the customized samples are approved and the details are confirmed, we proceed with mass production and shipment arrangements.

 

3. Samples & Charges

Q: Can we get ABL tube samples from you? Do you charge for samples?

• Stock ABL tube samples: Always free of charge.

• Customized ABL samples with your artwork: A mold / plate / sampling fee will be required.

• Sampling time: Customized ABL samples usually take about 7 days to produce and send out.

 

4. Payment Terms

Q: What are your payment terms?
A: Typically, we require:

• 30% deposit before production, and

• 70% balance by T/T before shipment.

For long-term customers with good payment records, the payment terms can be negotiable.

 

5. Lead Time

Q: What is your lead time for ABL (laminated) tubes?
A:

• The standard lead time is around 30-35 days after sample approval and deposit.

• It may be shorter during the off-season and slightly longer in peak production seasons.

• For urgent ABL tube orders, we will do our best to prioritize production and support your timeline.
