A: Our standard MOQ is 30,000 pieces per design. However, for customers with multiple SKUs, we can consolidate production and accept a total of 10,000 pieces across different designs.
Q: What is your lead time?
A: Our typical lead time is 15-20 days. It may be shorter during the off-season and slightly longer during peak periods. We always do our best to accommodate urgent orders whenever possible.
Q: Can we get aluminum tube samples from you? Do you charge for samples?
A: Stock samples are always free. For customized samples with your own artwork, mold costs will apply. It typically takes about 7 days to produce and deliver customized samples.

We provide a quotation based on your tube requirements (diameter, length or volume, and cap type). If you're unsure about the size, you can refer to our volume chart.
Free stock samples will be sent to you for evaluation and inner lacquer testing.
Once you provide your artwork, we will create customized samples for your approval.
Upon your approval of the samples, we will proceed with production and cooperation.
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: Normally, we require a 30% deposit before production and the 70% balance paid by T/T before shipment. For long-term clients with a good credit record, terms can be negotiable.
Q: What is the diameter range of your aluminum tubes?
A: We offer aluminum tubes with diameters ranging from 13.5 mm to 40 mm.
