Bringing with the pure raw material  and the High efficiency production, the aluminum  tubes becomes the best alternative of toiletries used tube.
 

 

The Aluminum Collapsible Tube is made  from aluminum slug or flake of purity 99.7%, which makes the packaging tube recyclable and environment-friendly.

It usually applied with white coating on the ground, which offers good basic for printing impression.

The Bottom latex will improve the sealing which could protect the contents well.

 

The inner lacquer is phenolic epoxy, while represents transparent, yellow and beige.The customers can choose what conforms their products.

Our tubes passed the test under different conditions conducted by customers and proves that we make the inner lacquer resistant to even strong acid or ammonia varying from PH 4 to PH 11.

The well- proceeded inner coat can efficiently block the acid, alkali, moisture and solvent, and eradicate any risks of reaction between the ointment and the aluminum.  

Those products easily to be affected by oxygen and moisture will definitely extend the shelf life if they are contained in the aluminum packaging tube with inner wall sprayed with inner lacquer.

Besides, the inner wall of pure aluminum soft tube for hair colorant must be sprayed with lacquer.

Test:

Inner lacquer/lining must pass the test before releasing the shipment.
The lacquer is sprayed to the inner wall of the aluminum soft tube evenly to block chemical reactions especially between strong- ammonia hair color cream and the aluminum.

Q:  How is your MOQ ?
A:  Our MOQ is generally 50,000 pieces each design/art, but for the customers who have various skus, we could do 10,000~30,000 pieces for each sku.

Q: How is your leadtime?
A: It generally takes 15 to 20 work days for mass prodcution (depend on the styles)and 7 work days for customized samples.
   But we always do our best to complete the urgent orders.

Q: Can we get some samples from you? Are there any cost for them?
A:  Storage samples are always free(not include the freight ), but customized samples with your art printed will cost for the mold, and we need about 7 days to make it.

Q: what would be the process if we are going to orde from you?
A:  We could follow the steps as:
~ We will quote you the price per your requirement about the tubes. (Basic information about dimater and length or volume, cap will be needed. If you don't know anything about the size, you could refer to the Volume chart we provided above.)
~  Free samples will be sent to you for your evaluation or testing inner lacquer stability. 
~ Customized samples will be made for you given you provided the artwork.
~ After you approved the samples, we could start the cooperation procedure.

Q: What is your payment term?
A: Normally 30% deposit before production and 70% balance should be paid by T/T before shipment, while it  could be negotiable for the good credit old customers.
