The Aluminum Collapsible Tube is made from an aluminum slug or flake of purity 99.7%, which makes the packaging tube recyclable and environment-friendly.

It is usually applied with a white coating on the ground, which offers a good basic for printing impressions.

The Bottom latex will improve the sealing which could protect the contents well.
 

 

The inner lacquer is phenolic epoxy, which represents transparent, yellow, and beige. Customers can choose what conforms to their products.

Our tubes passed the test under different conditions conducted by customers and prove that we make the inner lacquer resistant to even strong acid or ammonia varying from PH 4 to PH 11.

The well-exceeded inner coat can efficiently block the acid, alkali, moisture, and solvent, and eradicate any risks of reaction between the ointment and the aluminum.  

Those products easily to be affected by oxygen and moisture but will extend their shelf life if they are contained in an aluminum packaging tube with an inner wall sprayed with inner lacquer.

Besides, the inner wall of a pure aluminum soft tube for hair colorant must be sprayed with lacquer.

Test:

Inner lacquer/lining must pass the test before releasing the shipment. 
The lacquer is sprayed to the inner wall of the aluminum soft tube evenly to block chemical reactions especially between strong- ammonia hair color cream and the aluminum.

Regular packing vs. divider pack:

The Aluminum Collapsible Tube is flexible and it's very easy to get it dented, so packing the tubes in dividers can protect the foldable tube packaging to a great extent from getting deformed. This solution meets the requirements of customers who have no tolerance with minor dent.

Q:  How is your MOQ?
A:  Our MOQ is generally 50,000 pieces for each design/art, but for the customers who have various SKUs, we could do 10,000~30,000 pieces for each SKU.

Q: What is your lead time?
A: It generally takes 15 to 20 work days for mass production (depending on the styles)and 7 work days for customized samples.
   But we always do our best to complete the urgent orders.

Q: Can we get some samples from you? Is there any cost for them?
A:  Storage samples are always free(not including the freight ), but customized samples with your art printed will cost for the mold, and we need about 7 days to make it.

Q: what would be the process if we were going to order from you?
A:  We could follow the steps as:
~ We will quote you the price per your requirement about the tubes. (Basic information about the diameter and length or volume of, the cap will be needed. If you don't know anything about the size, you could refer to the Volume chart we provided above.)
~  Free samples will be sent to you for your evaluation or testing of inner lacquer stability. 
~ Customized samples will be made for you given you provided the artwork.
~ After you approve the samples, we could start the cooperation procedure.

Q: What is your payment term?
A: Normally 30% deposit before production and 70% balance should be paid by T/T before shipment, while it could be negotiable for the good credit old customers.
