EVOH monolayer makes the tube more attractive while maintaining barrier qualities, especially from oxygen.

2. Specifications are for reference only, and customer sizes are avaliable
3. Above tube length are the testing result after the sealing, if customer seals the tubes by himself, the tube length should increase 10-20mm.

1. MOQ for Plastic Tubes

Q: What is your MOQ for plastic tubes?
A: Our standard MOQ is 10,000 pcs per design.

 

2. First-Time Ordering Process

Q: This is our first time working with plastic tubes. What is the process if we place an order with you?
A: The process is very simple:

1. Quotation
   We provide a quotation based on your plastic tube requirements (diameter, length/volume, cap type, layer structure, etc.).
   If you're not sure about the size or volume, you can refer to our volume chart for guidance.

2. Free Stock Samples
   We send you free plastic stock samples for evaluation and testing, so you can check the material, thickness, and look & feel.

3. Customized Printed Samples
   After receiving your artwork, we produce customized plastic tubes with your design for confirmation.

4. Mass Production
   Once the customized samples are approved and the details are confirmed, we proceed with mass production and shipment arrangements.

 

3. Samples & Charges

Q: Can we get plastic tube samples from you? Do you charge for samples?
A:

• Stock plastic tube samples: Always free of charge.

• Customized plastic samples with your artwork: A mold / plate / sampling fee will be required.

• Sampling time: Customized plastic samples usually take about 7 days to produce and send out.

 

4. Payment Terms

Q: What are your payment terms?
A: Typically, we require:

• 30% deposit before production, and

• 70% balance by T/T before shipment.

For long-term customers with good payment records, the payment terms can be negotiable.

 

5. Lead Time

Q: What is your lead time for plastic tubes?
A:

• The standard lead time is around 30-35 days after sample approval and deposit.

• It may be shorter during the off-season and slightly longer in peak production seasons.

• For urgent orders, we will do our best to prioritize production and support your timeline.
