The Aluminum Collapsible Tube is made from an aluminum slug or flake of purity 99.7%, which makes the packaging tube recyclable and environment-friendly.

It is usually applied with a white coating on the ground, which offers a good basis for printing impressions.

The Bottom latex will improve the sealing which could protect the contents well.

 

The inner lacquer is phenolic epoxy, which represents transparent, yellow, and beige. Customers can choose what conforms to their products.

Our tubes passed the test under different conditions conducted by customers and prove that we make the inner lacquer resistant to even strong acid or ammonia varying from PH 4 to PH 11.

The well-exceeded inner coat can efficiently block the acid, alkali, moisture, and solvent, and eradicate any risks of reaction between the ointment and the aluminum.  

Those products easily to be affected by oxygen and moisture but will extend their shelf life if they are contained in an aluminum packaging tube with an inner wall sprayed with inner lacquer.

Besides, the inner wall of a pure aluminum soft tube for hair colorant must be sprayed with lacquer.

Test:

Inner lacquer/lining must pass the test before releasing the shipment.
The lacquer is sprayed to the inner wall of the aluminum soft tube evenly to block chemical reactions especially between strong- ammonia hair color cream and the aluminum.

Q:  How is your MOQ?
A: Our MOQ is generally 50,000 pieces for each design/art, but for the customers who have various SKUs, we could do 30,000 pieces as well to consolidate

Q: What is your lead time?
A: It takes generally 15 to 20 days. It could be shorter in the slow season; while it could be longer in the peak season. 
     But we always do our best to help deliver the urgent orders.

Q: Can we get some samples from you? Are you going to charge us for the samples?
A:  Storage samples are always free at any time.  But customized samples with your art printed will cost for the mold, and it takes about 7 days to deliver customized samples.

Q: What is your payment term?
A: Normally 30% deposit before production and 70% balance should be paid by T/T before shipment, while it could be negotiable for the good credit old customers. 

5.
Q: What diameter range are you capable of with the aluminum tube?
A:  Our general diameter ranges from 13.5 mm to 40 mm.

A:  We could follow the steps as:
